  1. I ran into this HX EDIT error message 1109 - Authentication web server error today and to resolve it on my MacBook (Mac OS Monterey 12.5) I deauthorized the MacBook on my Line 6 account and logged into HX Edit again. At that point I was able to import presets and IRs I had purchased from the L6 Marketplace.
  2. Following - I have had my Helix Floor since 10/2015, use it every day and have also been experiencing the ever increasing resistance or stiffness of turning the headphone volume control the past few months. I’m considering sending mine in to be repaired / replaced.
  3. My Helix is also a fairly early unit (10/2015) and the joystick also stopped scrolling today without warning - did a global reset but no change. I opened a support ticket and am confident L6 will get me fixed up.
  4. Before I contact my rep at Sweetwater to return my L2M, can anyone tell me what the flashing white light on the front of the L2M means? I am connected from my Helix to L2M via L6 Link with an AES cable, and I get sound as expected, but shouldn't the front light be a steady white? I am pretty sure there is something more going on - even after powering off/on, the flashing white light returns, either plugged or unplugged L6 Link. Also, I am unable to change the speaker mode either plugged/unplugged L6 Link, vertical or horizontal position of the L2M. Please educate me if I am doing something wrong! Thanks in advance.
  5. To be clear, is this audio driver update for Helix users? The reason I ask is because Helix isn't listed as a supported device,
