  1. I'm running OS X 10.10... will Pod Farm 1.12 work with that, and do I need an iLok? My Toneport DI has been registered with Line 6 since day one, so i'm hoping that this will still work. I'm sure Pod Farm 2.5 is great but I don't want to pay for it if I don't have to. Thanks! Jason
  2. Hey guys... I should have posted sooner, but didn't figure anything could be done about it. I bought a Sonicport version 1 at Guitar Center a couple years ago.... and it worked like one time with my iPad 3. Long enough to sucker me into buying the Jammit app. It works with my lightning jack on my iPhone, but not the iPad 3 (which uses the original connection). I can't deal with using it in my phone, so I've used this unit literally for 5 min. The iPad says the "device isn't supported" and has since iOS 7 I think. I just wondered if this is common. I feel like i've literally wasted $100. Not to mention, it appears that I have to pay $99 to use my Toneport DI... which once was my go to unit. It's just not sitting well with me. I've been a Line 6 user since the Flextone and have TONS of Line 6 gear: Variax 500, HD500, Workbench, Toneport DI Silver, Two bundles, Sonicport, two Tonecore pedals, I've had a spider valve 2x12, I have an orig Pod... but it feels like I'm being taken advantage of having to fork out more and more money. Jason
  3. Hey all. Through no fault of my own I took a break from recording... and boy... so much has changed!! I used to use Gearbox with my Toneport DI Silver, but now (if I'm not mistaken) in order to have access to the bundles i paid for already and once used all the time, I have to pay $99 to buy PodFarm 2? I'm sure this has been discussed at length... but I'm crying major BS here. I refuse to pay $100. Very sad really. I should at least be given a less expensive upgrade path. But I missed my window? I'm so disappointed. I was doing just fine before and now I have to pay $99 to have what I once had... and for what?? I might as well just abandon Line 6 and use stupid Garageband amps and be happy. I just can't bring myself to pay to get access to what I've already paid for. This stings even more because I have a Sonicport that doesn't work with my Ipad 3 and NEVER has. It only works with my iPhone. I've literally used the thing for 5min. That was a massive massive waste of money. I used to be the Line 6 poster boy, but now... I'm just soured. Please tell me that I'm wrong or officially out out of touch. Lol. Jason
  4. Mine had been working fine, but now it's not "supported" on my Ipad Gen 3 running 7.0.3. However, it works fine on my iPhone 5 running 7.0.3. This tells me that perhaps the device isn't dead, but it's not jiving with the iPad. I've had mine now for several months and have hardly used it. It's probably too late to return to Guitar Center (I have the box and reciept). I shoulda bought the Apogee cuz at least you can use it with a computer too.
  5. Same for me on my Gen 3 iPad running 7.0.3. Says it's "not supported". But it works fine on my iPhone 5 running 7.0.3.
