    Whammy Effect

Hi, I'm trying to set up the pedal to drop down two octaves when the toe goes down, but I can only get it to drop down when the heal goes down LOL Can anyone help. Thanks! : )
  2. Hi, so I have this groovy pedal called Freqout in front of my POD HD500X and can hold it down for long feedback effects, there's even a setting for an infinite feedback. I'd like to be able to set up a patch on both my 500x and my ProX that has a stomp button that can do a similar simulated feedback effect; maybe using pitch glide or something. Has anyone done this with success; its gotta sound good :)
  3. Hi, As you know, my POD HD500X has an AUX input on the back. I use this to plug my laptop into and jam along with youtube backing tracks or while I'm learning lessons. The AUX doesn't enter the signal path. Here's my question; on my POD HD PRO X, there is not any AUX in, but there are two Input on the back (mono/l/r) and to go to System I/O to put this into the signal path. I'd like my POD PRO X to act the same way as my 500X; but what ever you connect to the Input gets put into the signal path ... Is there a way to get the Input out of the signal path and just have a dry signal come thru the headphones? ... while at the same time have my guitar Input go thru the signal path and both dry and wet come out the headphones (like the HD500X does)? Thanks, Karma

  5. Hi, Can I import my POD HD 500X patches into the POD HD Pro X Guitar Multi-effects Processor? Thanks, Karma
  6. Hi, I couldn't find a good place to post this so I will try here ... Here is my signal ... Guitar --> iRig HD --> iPad --> Mobile POD app --> Bluetooth speaker = great little practice set up and easy to carry around! The problem is that I can't get any sound out of the BlueTooth speaker using the POD app ... the Bluetooth speaker works great with the soft synth apps, iTunes, etc. ... is there a configuration trick anyone knows?? Thanks!
  7. No, I run same as u; last in the chain being HD500 XLRs to MixingBoard staight to FOH and side monitors (no amps anywhere in our set up, all digital) but, I do have a heavy duty pedal board right after the G30 that send a mono signal to the HD500 ... I tried your suggestions but still sounds very sparkly; some guys would dig that but it doesn't suit our synth-heavy stuff ... Thanks for your suggestions!
  8. Hi, just got the G30 I am happy with the performance but struggling with the tone ... will upgrading to the G50 SIGNIFICANTLY give me more options (12 instead of 3 but is the 1, 2, 3 options of the G30 roughly the same as the 1, 7, 12 options of the G50? I just need it darker :) Thanks, Karma
  9. Did you notice much of a change in tone ... I have a tuner/pedal board after my G30 then into my HD500 then into the board. I mainly use an SG which has a nice dark tone and now my new G30 is really brightening up that tone; which i don't want it to do, I've tried the cable setting but to no avail. Do you have any suggestions?/ Thanks!
  10. Hi, just got the L6G30. My rig is mostly digital: - Gibson SG (main guitar) --> L6G30 --> Tuner --> Analogue Pedal Board --> HD500 Stereo Outs --> Mackie Mixer L/R Channels In --> Powered Speakers and Subs (Yorkville 720S, Yorkville 750 each side) As I was told (or warned), the G30 really brightens the sound; but I prefer the darker sound that I get when I use my 15 ft cable. I've tried the different cable settings on the G30 but didn't get what I get with my cable without the G30. My question: Is there a device/pedal/EQ or something I can use to get my sound back ... i really love being wireless and have just used it for one rehearsal and want to keep it, but I need the tone to be darker ... Thanks! Karma
